Announcements   

CARLI Updates

• It's the 10-year anniversary for a number of large contracts, which are now being negotiated. There have been particular sticking points around accessibility and AI language.
• Elizabeth announced that negotiations are also underway for the CARLI ebook program for FY26
• Elizabeth also noted that registration is available for the CARLI AI Symposium on the CARLI Calendar, Tuesday, April 15.
• Marisa announced that the E-Resource Management Committee has 3 presentations coming up - one each month, beginning February 14. The first session will be about migrating to the new EBSCO UI.

PRODUCT PROPOSALs

• There were no proposals to review.

Annual Project

• The committee reviewed and approved the abstract to be submitted to the Public Services Committee
• Scott is working on updating slides and provided a quick walk-through of the current draft.
• The committee provided feedback on the slides, which Scott will incorporate into the draft.
• The committee will plan to review the final draft at the March meeting.

Decisions

• Minutes of the January 13, 2025, meeting were approved.
• The meeting was adjourned at 10:40 a.m.

Tasks Assigned

• Scott will update slides based on committee input and share for review via the committee Box folder.
